We asked for early check-in and we gota confirmation on it, however, the reception acted like we complete those steps and then kept us waiting in the lobby for 2 hours. After that, the reception asked for extra charges even though we waited. The room was missing pillow sheets and the beds were smelly. There were no towels provided in the bathrooms and no toilet paper. The stairs to go to the second floor of the duplex is made for builders and families with kids. It was not stable and made our experience even worse. Overall, I do not recommend this place for families with kids. The hotel is not on the main road so taxis are hard to find so you have to walk. During check-out, we asked the bellboy to help us with the luggage but the reception said that no body is here so we have to help ourselves. Worst way to end our experience.

First impression when I opened the door of our unit; NOT CLEAN. -curtains are ripped, there is also some stains. -kitchen cabinets are not even wiped. -pots and pans are even dirty. -the comforter in our bed is kinda itchy, seems like it an old stock. -pillows are not even the same size. -parking has no lights, even when you’re at the elevator Though the good thing is the view outside only.. ✌🏼

On arrival I found the apartment messy tied up curtains very dirty windows spoiled the view, we moved to a better apartment on day 2 but still the curtains were dirty food spilled down the back of the them after calls in the middle of the night from other guests it began to get annoying nothing was cleaned on a regular basis I asked for a hoover on week 2 which I waited all day for to eventually find out they don't have one which showed me what kind of place it was, also the fact there was no wifi or access to resception for 5 days because there doing work on reception on 3 occasions we asked housekeeping to clean the room which you would think would happen on a regular basis most of the time I had to wait in all day to get the room and bed cleaned for a hotel tbh is disgusting nothing is done on a regular basis cleaning basic bed changing ect I would never stay here again!

The place was worth the price considering the huge space for a family of 5. The place was very welcoming and bright facing the ocean. Although Marriott Hotel blocked some of the ocean view, the lighting was excellent and the staff were helpful. The area was great too since it is near everything we want to go to in Bahrain. Parking space is readily available since they hace 3 floors of parking space. We will definitely refer this place to our friends. We had such a great time

Well I travelled as foreigner. I booked this hotel by booking.com.i had confirm booking as well and received mail also for confirmation. Hence when I reached hotel to my shock hotel people simply denied booking and said all rooms full.how ?I said. At reception some indian or Bangladeshi man was present he was very rude and arrogant and said sir room I gave it to others.by the way by rule I was in time for check in so that to was not wrong still he denied .then I told him i will go policeman he laughed at me and said go police or booking.com or anywhere .this is what there argument.and then I went to nearby other hotel where at reception people were really nice they made us sit offered water .they gave us internet wifi code so as we can search other hotel. To my surprise in vita tower rooms where still present by booking.com .then I understand that since to earn more money on weekends reception man has given my room to someone else.and he was confident that no police person can do anything to him.imagine I was foreigner and I had no local mobile sim with family .no sources and must look arround new hotel whic is at very high rates.how much I must be frustrated and harrashed? .So I advise you all guys please dont do booking for this hotel they are unreliable in booking only then imagine about room conditions and other cleanliness...they are simply fearless I also contact booking.com but as you know this web site is as hopeless as like this hotel only. Suggestions- arround this hotel there are many good hotels present at much cheap rates .you must try by other websites.dont rely on this hotel its shows some thing but at actual something.i hope you understand.
